Many of us like using Note App on iPhone to capture and track what's in our mind since it is handy and easy to use. However, for many iPhone users, it‘s not unusual to lose valuable notes due to mistaken deletion, device damage or other reasons.

Apple provides users with a built-in Recently Deleted folder in Notes app. You can recover notes in the Recently Deleted folder within 30 days before they’re permanently deleted.
Step 1. Open Recently Deleted folder to check if the deleted notes are listed.
Step 2. Tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner and select the notes you want to retrieve.
Step 3. Tap the "Move to…" button in the lower left corner and move the notes to a target folder.
Note: For notes that have been deleted over 30 days or removed from Recently Deleted folder, this method doesn't work. But with the amazing Primo iData Recovery, all deleted notes can be retrieved.
Primo iData Recovery, an iOS recovery tool, not only helps retrieve deleted notes from device itself, but also enables to get back notes from iTunes or iCloud backup without data restoring.
